Customer journey event mapping
Fixed engagement fee based on product scope and number of journeys
Typically three to five weeks from kickoff to delivered map. On-site in the West Midlands or remote workshops across the United Kingdom.
Event taxonomy review
Fixed fee for a single application surface
One to two weeks. Remote review with a half-day workshop.
Instrumentation planning session
Day rate for facilitation and write-up
Single session plus written summary within five working days. Half-day facilitated session on-site or remote.
Analytics readiness assessment
Fixed diagnostic fee
Five to eight working days. Remote assessment with a written brief.
What changes the estimate
- Number of primary journeys in scope (onboarding alone versus onboarding plus renewal and invite).
- Availability of existing event exports or documentation.
- On-site facilitation outside the West Midlands.
- Extra revision rounds beyond the single round included in a full map.
Payment and deposits
Full mapping engagements usually require a 40% deposit to reserve workshop dates, with the balance due on delivery of the final handoff pack. Shorter sessions are invoiced after the written summary is sent. See the refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
