These terms apply to the System Sequoia Path website and to engagements commissioned with System Sequoia Path Ltd.
Acceptance
By using https://system-sequoiapath.click/ or commissioning work, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services described
Pages describing customer journey event mapping, taxonomy reviews, planning sessions, and readiness assessments are informational. A separate proposal or statement of work confirms scope, fees, and dates for any engagement.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials remain the property of System Sequoia Path Ltd unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a licence to use the delivered maps, catalogues, and notes within your organisation. You may not resell those materials as a standalone product.
Client materials
You retain ownership of materials you provide for an engagement. You grant us permission to use them solely to deliver the commissioned work.
Liability
We deliver professional advisory and facilitation services. We do not warrant particular commercial results from instrumentation performed by third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under United Kingdom law.
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from use of the site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
